The reason most of us are not as successful in our fitness life as we would like is our dietary choices. With so many “fad diets” and quick fix solutions, it’s no wonder why we fail at staying consistent with our food goals. Here at Chopper CrossFit, we have a mentality of ease. Eat as close to the original ingredient as possible. What we mean by that is the less steps of processing away from the item you are eating, the better.
The best way to accomplish this is to stay on the outside track of the grocery store. Fruits, veggies, dairy, meat and poultry are all usually on the outside wall of the store. Stay out there, and away from the sweets and cookies, and you’re all but guaranteed a healthier food plan.
